Shipping Policy

Turnaround & Delivery

All orders are shipped within 48 hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The times and dates that orders get delivered depends on the orders’ shipping addresses.

Carriers

We use USPS to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

If you are interested about the shipping status of an order that’s currently processing, you can email us at customerservice@zygluten.com, and we will provide information for you. Please be sure to include your Order ID that’s been given to you on your email receipt, as well as the email address that was used to make the purchase.

Shipping Rates

We provide a flat shipping rate of $3.55 on all orders.

Backorders

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
